Excellence in banqueting: Integrity and freshness for your events.

Guarantee maximum quality for your guests. From sweet to savoury, from chilled to frozen, Dryce isothermal solutions preserve ready-made dishes, pastries and ice sculptures crafted by master chefs at any venue.

Thermal transport solutions for events

Dryce passive refrigeration systems allow you to handle sorbets and sensitive products without logistical constraints. They maintain constant temperatures for the entire duration of the event, ensuring impeccable service at any location — even without an electricity supply.

Aesthetic and thermal deterioration off-site

At large events, maintaining the core temperature is essential to preserve the organoleptic properties of food. The absence of active refrigeration at remote locations exposes prepared dishes to risks of melting (e.g. chocolate) or unwanted bacterial growth. Without adequate isothermal systems, the quality of food prepared by professionals deteriorates rapidly, damaging the reputation of the catering company.

Professional temperature regulation with E290 Dry Ice

Dryce addresses these challenges by supplying certified E290 Food-Grade Dry Ice, produced in facilities that strictly comply with HACCP regulations. This food additive sublimates at -78.5°C without leaving any liquid residue, ensuring constant temperature regulation for ice creams (-20°C) and fresh products (0/+5°C). Used in combination with our reusable PP isothermal containers, it delivers excellent impact resistance and a long equipment lifespan, protecting ice sculptures, cheeses and ready-made dishes right up to the moment of service.

Questions about the Dryce solution
Can dry ice be used in direct contact with food?
Yes. We produce E290 Food Additive Dry Ice, certified food-grade, specifically designed for use in the preparation and preservation of food products.
Is it possible to manage both fresh and frozen products at events?
Certainly. Our systems allow temperature regulation of frozen products at -20°C using dry ice, and of fresh products at 0/+5°C using Phase Change Materials (Cold Gel Packs).
What are the characteristics of the banqueting containers?
We use reusable polypropylene (PP) containers with 3 cm thick walls for high thermal insulation. They are washable, sanitisable and provide excellent impact protection during transport to the venue.
